Located in the heart the village, Stowe Country Club, occupies what was once a turn-of-the-century – Le Liberté dairy farm that has evolved into a splendid course showcasing beautiful undulating fairways and manicured greens. As a challenging and rewarding test of skill, Stowe Country Club golf course offers 360-degree views of the mountains, long summer days surrounded by nature making each shot a memory to cherish. We look forward to making you newest golf memory – The half wedge to a tucked pin, a flushed 4-iron, the 6 footer that rolls right into the center. The course has never been in better shape and we hope you share our love of golf.

Fully redesigned by Beau Welling Design, this stunning layout blends classic charm with modern playability, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Green Mountains. In summer 2025, experience a preview of the newly renovated front 9, with the full 18-hole transformation set for completion in 2026. Every round is a chance to test your skill, embrace the beauty of Vermont’s long summer days, and be part of the next chapter in Stowe’s rich golf legacy.

Public preview play is available for what will become Stowe’s newest private golf experience starting July 1, 2025.

The golf course renovation is ongoing, with the newly redesigned front nine set to open for play this spring, while the back nine remains closed. After the course renovations are complete, plans are underway for a new clubhouse, practice facility, racquet sports, and aquatics. During construction, SCC members will have limited access to The Mountain Course at Spruce Peak.
